Peruvian on paper, world-citizen at heart, Mariana adds a grounded multi-tasking and can-do attitude to our small business support studio. With over 6-years of experience working with global organizations, she realized early on that she could have a much bigger impact working alongside small businesses.

Her patience and attention to detail are integral to the success, sustainability, and growth of business of Modus Operandi and our clients. Whether she is proof-reading copy, scheduling social media content, generating KPI reports or organizing email inboxes; she helps keep Amber grounded and operations running smoothly.

When she is not working on projects at Modus Operandi, she’s probably whipping up a new dessert in the kitchen, flexing her creative muscles with a new mandala painting or learning a new language on Duolingo.
